Unlock Your Potential

Course Overview

Infrastructure organisations rely on clear, accurate documentation to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and consistently. Yet teams often struggle with siloed knowledge, low digitalisation, skills gaps, outdated communication standards, and ineffective information exchange. The result is avoidable rework, delays, cost overruns, safety risks, and operational inefficiency.

Technical Communication Skills is a practical, hands-on course designed for professionals working across the infrastructure sector. Learners build the capability to write in Plain English, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), produce high-quality reports, use charts and graphics correctly, and write clear proposals. The course also introduces a systematic writing process, explores key legal and ethical considerations, and shows how to use AI responsibly to support the writing workflow.
