Tim Kay

Tim is an experienced infrastructure and asset management consultant with over twenty years’ experience across transport, energy, water, defence and aviation. He helps organisations translate strategic intent into practical delivery, shaping how asset management, risk and performance are governed, measured and improved. His work typically focuses on aligning decision-making with organisational objectives, strengthening assurance, and embedding sustainable capability rather than dependency on external support.
